My trouble shooting calls are designed to give you actionable advice which are bespoke to you and your baby's sleep needs. During the call we will dive into what is going on, and will provide you with a strategy and effective tips. We can discuss any questions you may have around sleep moving forward. My 30 minute discovery calls give you the opportunity to ask as much as you like. Whether it is: Dealing with early wakes, constant night wakenings, naps, routines... you name it we can discuss it! What makes MY sleep calls unique? Unlike other consultants, I don't believe in offering "one size fits" all advice on the call. You'll receive a comprehensive pre call questionnaire that allows me to understand your baby's current sleep situation and your goals. This ensures that I come to the call fully prepared with a clear understanding of your baby's sleep patterns, challenges and goals.
